Assumption of Risk

I understand that sailing involves inherent risks including changing weather, vessel movement, slips, falls, equipment failure, collisions, falling overboard, physical exertion, drowning, serious injury, and death. I voluntarily assume these risks.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless True North Sailing Center, True North Sailing Club, Sun360 LLC, its owners, instructors, designated skippers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from claims arising out of my participation except where prohibited by law.

Member Responsibilities

I agree to follow the skipper's instructions at all times, wear required safety equipment, refrain from boating while impaired, care for club property, and immediately report unsafe conditions.

Medical Authorization

I certify I am physically able to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if I am unable to provide consent.

Photo Release

I authorize use of photographs and video for promotional purposes.

Acknowledgement

I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and understand that I am waiving certain legal rights.
